The Timeline:
Our Leadership Collective is:
A 3, 6, or 9-month commitment (you get to chose!)
2 Coaching Calls per month:
Call One: 1.5 hours - Structured Coaching Session
Call Two: 1 hour - Collaborative Community Call
Replays will be available for lifetime access
A private Facebook group for each group to have access to the coaches + other group members throughout the 6 months for community, collaboration, feedback, encouragement, and more!
The Content:
Our Leadership Collective coaching calls will entail:
February: Vision + Culture - establishing the foundation of your business so that you can strengthen team communication, retention, and align shared mission.
March: Core Competencies - this is where the deep work of accountability and team development is created. Core competencies provide consistent frameworks for hiring, reviews, and making sure the right people are in the right seats.
April: Implementing Process of Reviews + Accountability - “accountability” isn’t a bad word, it means we care so let’s redefine and utilize it well in our businesses.
May: Why Do I Need a “Guidebook to Success” - this sets up your team for success because it provides them with the essentials of knowing your business as a brand, training frameworks, and your policies and procedures. All of this sets them up for success and creates a streamlined process for you as well.
June: Curating Your Individualized “Guidebook to Success” - this will be a workshop series where we put your guidebooks together as a group with helpful feedback, insights, etc.
July: Create Your Onboarding Process + Experience - this enables you to not feel like you’re having to “start over” every time you bring on a new team member. This creates consistent, streamlined, and clear procedures that benefit both you and your team members.
August: Establishing Tools for Hiring + Recruiting - we’ll give you our 3-step process for recruiting and help build a pipeline for you to pull from to hire the best people.
September: Developing Clear Communication Rhythms - how to efficiently execute team communication i.e.; team meetings, touch points, 30-60-90 day reviews, etc.
October: Reverse Engineering Your Goals - a goal setting workshop where we’ll cast vision for what your dream “retirement” would be and how to practically set goals to cultivate the legacy you’re creating through your business and life.
For the biggest impact on your business, we recommend doing the full 9 months as each month builds upon one another as the year continues.

Commitment: We require a minimum of a 3-month coaching contract. To ensure you get the full value and transformative results, the months you choose must be consecutive.
Why consecutive months?
The structure of the program is designed to build momentum, foster consistency, and allow for maximum impact through progressive coaching and implementation. Skipping months can disrupt your progress and diminish your results.
